There is much news nowadays about celebrities who are going through a bulimic or anorexic phase in their lives. Olsen twin, Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and many others have increased their fame by these acts. Who blames them though? These types of behaviors are a sickness. It is 100% true that you will lose weight if you stop eating or if you throw up after doing so since you are not giving an amount of calories to your body. The question here is if it is healthy to do so and I am sure that most of you know the answer. NO!
Stopping the food ingestion is very dangerous; your life can be lost in the way. Be careful with what you choose to do in order to lose weight, I know many of you might be depressed or feel really uncomfortable with your appearance but the best way to go through it is a healthy way of living. When someone stops eating the calorie ingestion stops and the body starts to save nutrients since it waits for a time without food; however, as the body wasnt ready it will still be burning fat as the body needs in order to complete all of the functions that are necessary to keep you alive and it will result in weight loss and many other things that were not as wanted such as anemia.
Believe it or not, they key to a successful weight loss is eating. Stop the snacks the chocolates, dips and sodas and exchange them for fruits, vegetables, water and a daily exercise, change your lifestyle and you will definitely know the difference. Changes will happen if you are healthier, do not be so desperate to find them immediately though, everything has its time.
